Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Passionate, determined, positive, tenacious, humble.
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My best memory of my athletic career has got to be the first time I represented West Wales in the inter-county championships. The buzz I felt as I stood up on the block for my 100 metre freestyle was something so surreal. The atmosphere around me was something unimaginable with the noise and excitement radiating from all the teams. In that moment I knew I thrived off of the team atmosphere.
Goals:
One of my main goals is to have the opportunity to compete internationally. Alongside, hopefully being able to proudly represent Wales at the commonwealth.
Anything else we should know?
One thing which I think is incredibly important for coaches in the USA to know about me, not only as an athlete but also as a person is the fact that from a very young age I had always been considered ‘talented’ and I achieved times way above my age groups. However, that wasn’t just based on the so-called ‘tralent’. It also came from my countless hours of training, I would never once go a day without listening to my coaches and fully trusting them.
