Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Dedicated, analytical, disciplined, competitive, quick learner.
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
One of my best memories is playing my first JSM club team event in the summer of 2024. I had previously played for a small local golf club that didn’t participate, but in 2023, I joined Forsgården golf club, which did. The tournament was two days, with stroke play on the first day and match play on the second. I played one of the team’s individual rounds on the first day, with a friend from the team caddying for me. The start was tough with nerves and poor putting but I overcame it and played very well for the rest of the round. The tournament was a very fun experience and a great memory.
Goals:
To develop and become the best golfer I can be, so when I look back later in life, I know that I took the chance and tried my absolute best. The final goal is to play professional golf after college.
Anything else we should know?
I have played many sports, both team sports and individual ones. These include football and floorball, which I played for five and seven years, respectively, as well as tennis and table tennis. Floorball was the sport I played the longest, apart from golf. I stopped playing floorball four years ago, and because I played with a team for a long time, I really appreciate competing in golf in a team format as well, not just individually. Since then, golf has been my focus. It was also around that time that I started competing in my first golf tournaments. However, it wasn’t until two years ago that I realized I wanted to fully commit to golf and start competing seriously. Since then, I haven’t looked back!
