Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Tenacious, disciplined, resilient, adaptive, passionate.
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
One of the most unforgettable moments in my golf career happened when I was 13 years old and won the Lithuanian U12 Championship. On the final day of the tournament, I played an impressive -2 (33 strokes) on the front nine and +5 (42 strokes) on the back nine, making the second eagle of my life during competition.
However, the highlight of that day wasn’t just the victory—it was what came next. After the tournament, I was honoured to receive an invitation to join Lithuania’s national golf team and compete in the European Boys Team Shield Division 2 in Estonia. Without hesitation, I accepted. That day marked a turning point in my journey, as it gave me a new level of confidence, experience, and motivation to push even further in my golf career.
Goals:
I have two main goals that I am determined to achieve in my golf career.
Short-term goal: My priority is to earn a scholarship to a top academic and athletic university in the USA where I can compete at the collegiate level while continuing to develop my golf skills. Playing for a strong university golf team will allow me to gain valuable experience, improve my game, and prepare for the challenges of professional golf.
Long-term goal: After graduating from university, my ultimate ambition is to compete professionally and qualify for the PGA Tour. My dream is to make history as the first Lithuanian golfer to play on the PGA Tour, inspiring future generations of golfers from my country.
I am committed to continuous improvement, and with hard work, discipline, and the right opportunities, I believe I can achieve these goals.
Anything else we should know?
My golf journey began when I was just 1.5 years old, as my father was a golf club manager, which gave me early exposure to the sport. Since then, golf has been a significant part of my life, shaping my discipline, perseverance, and passion for competition.
Outside of golf, I have also been dedicated to music. I have been attending music school since second grade, specializing in accordion and piano, and will complete my studies this year.
Academically, I am a highly responsible and disciplined student. I strive to excel in all subjects, but my strongest subject is geography. In 8th grade, I participated in several geography Olympiads, achieving 3rd place in my city’s competition and 24th place nationally. I will be participating in the city olimpiade this year.
My diverse experiences in sports, music, and academics have taught me the importance of hard work, adaptability, and continuous learning—qualities that I bring to my golf career as I strive for excellence both on and off the course.
