Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career One of my best memories in my swimming career was competing in a medley relay at the Inter Counties Championships. I achieved a personal best in my 50m butterfly (short course) during the race and contributed to the team performance that helped us win the relay. It was a great experience to perform well under pressure and support my team in a key event.
Goals:
My short-term goal is to improve my underwater phase and head position in butterfly to become more efficient and consistent in my races.
My long-term goal is to continue developing my times and technique across all events and to push myself to compete at the highest level I am capable of in swimming. I aim to progress through the sport as far as possible, with ambitions to compete at elite international competitions such as the Commonwealth Games and potentially the Olympic level, while continuing to enjoy the process and development as an athlete.
