Interview

Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:

Talented, cheerful, confident, motivated, resilient.

Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:

My best memory was the 2023 teams national championship. I was in the last group, so I knew the other results, and in the last three holes there were a lot of people watching and I handled the pressure. In the last hole, it was a par 5 and I could reach the green in two. But together with my coach, we decided to make a layup because we only needed a par on that hole. So I did and I made a very important par putt to win the tournament with all those people watching.

Goals:

To be able to make consistent under par scores

To compete and win International Golf events

To be regularly present in the Portuguese national squad

Play college golf in the US

Become a pro golfer

Anything else we should know?

Unfortunately I have not played to my full potential last year. But this year I am coming back strong and making a lot of progress to reach the high level that I know I can achieve.
