Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
confident, hard-working, persevering, resilient, technical
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My best memory in golf is when playing in the Yorkshire Boys Under 16 Championship. I was 4-over after ten holes and I was in 10th place. My two playing partners were 1-under par and 1-over par at that time. I then made four birdies in a row, then made a bogey par and another birdie to put me back to level par. I closed the last hole out with a birdie to finish in second place. I also have another good experience of representing my country in the England Schools against the Wales Schools Team, where we dominated our opponents and where I won my singles match shooting 4-under par and winning 4 and 2.
Goals:
I want to become a tour professional at a high standard and work towards being within the top 100 in the world!
Anything else we should know?
I want to ensure that I also get a degree in sports science to open up other pathways if professional golf does not work out for me. Teaching professional is another pathway I want to keep an open mind for as an alternative.
