Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
The best memory of my athletic career was the first competitive 800m race in the summer of 2020, after I had trained by myself all of lockdown. Lockdown was the first time that I had trained with a running programme. I ran 2:13:93, which was so exciting! I had proved to myself that I had the potential to run very quickly in the future! This was the turning point, where I truly fell in love with running!
Goals:
My short term running goals would be to run 2:05/2:04 for the 800m next season and be selected for the U18 European Championships. My long term goal for running, is to go to the Olympics and potentially make running my career!

I am a member of the Welsh U19 Lacrosse team and captained the Welsh U15 Lacrosse team on tour in Canada.
