Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Tenacious, resilient, relentless, disciplined, ambitious.
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
Medaling in the 200m Fly at the English Nationals was a defining moment. I focused solely on my own race, undeterred by competitors, and although I was in 8th at the first 50 meters, I pulled through with a strong finish to claim silver.
Goals:
In the short term, I aim to clock 2:02 in the 200 m butterfly and go under 57.00 seconds in the 100 m butterfly by the end of the upcoming long course (LC) season. At the same time, I’m targeting an overall Distinction* on my current BTEC course showing that I can balance high-level performance in both academics and sport.
Looking ahead, I plan to leverage these achievements to secure a place at an American University, where I intend to specialize in Sport and Exercise Science en route to a career in that field.
Anything else we should know?
I thrive not only through my individual performances but also as a committed team player.
Outside of training and academics, I work as a lifeguard, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, focus, and commitment to supporting others.
