Interview

Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:

Determined, targeted, stubborn, curious, positive.

Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:

I have a lot of good memories but if I just have to pick one it has to be my win in Northern Ireland last year. Coming to a country where I’ve never been before and playing courses with character you don’t have in Sweden. My goal was to win, I went into the tournament with the attitude to play my game and then let the course lead the way, it did and led me to victory. This experience showed me that hard work pays off and keeping your mind in place is the key.

Goals:

One day I want to play in the Solheim Cup. Before I decided that golf really is what I want to do, I have only played team sports, I’ve always been a team player and having that team spirit is really something I’ve missed when I started playing more golf. Being in Spain in February at the Octagonol we only played match play and I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun that I had on that trip and on that tournament with all my friends in the National team. So to mix both golf and team events is something I really love. That’s why wanting to play in the Solheim Cup in the future is one of my biggest goals in golf.
