Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete
Determined, hard working, driven, coachable, sociable
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
Recently I had the honour of leading out team Cambridgeshire at national inter-counties at ponds forge to over 900 swimmers in the stands. The feeling and noise levels were like no other as everyone cheered for their respective teams. Moreover, another moment of my athletic career that stands out to me was swimming my first National race as diving into the water I felt like all the thousands of hours of training, early mornings and sacrifices I had made to the sport of swimming had paid off which has since only fuelled my ambition to improve my swimming further.
Goals:
I want to achieve my full potential and compete at the highest level I can whilst enjoying the journey that swimming takes me on whether that be meeting new people, developing skills in and out the pool and competing in team events.
Anything else we should know?
My favourite aspect of swimming are team events like the national arena league where you don’t just get to race as an individual but as a team, I particularly enjoy this as there is no better feeling than winning with your teammates by your side.
