Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My best memory isn’t from a competition but from a training camp with Swim England. It was a 5-day camp in January for distance swimmers in Oundle, which is something I had never experienced outside of my club. As well as the National Youth development programme, there was also the Youth Performance Squad (YPS) training around us. On the last day, me and 3 others of the male swimmers got selected from the group to train with YPS for the final session of the camp, despite them being older. It was brutal set, but it was such an enjoyable experience since I got to swim with best swimmers in Britain.
Goals:
Make a team GB squad.
Medal at British summer nationals this year, win next season.
Win open water nationals this year.
Win British winter nationals (SCM) next season.
