Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:

Disciplined, hardworking, ambitious, friendly, driven.

Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:

In 2018, I had a tough season as I moved up to U15 for the first time and the level of competition had drastically improved. I was racing with people a lot bigger and faster than I was used to. I had a tough start to the season, consistently doing 12.6 (my SB from the year before) which was frustrating. People I had previously beaten were starting to run faster times than me which made me question why I wasn’t improving. Around August of 2018, I was still doing 12.5/12.6 and wasn’t improving so I put my head down and told myself if I don’t go faster than 12.3 before the end of the month I would stop running. I trained hard, was disciplined, dedicated, trained everyday and remained resilient after disappointing results then ran 12.33 at Midland County Championships coming 4th against athletes older than me. I ran a windy 12.22 later that day. The week after, I competed again in my final race of the season and ran 12.08 and 11.99 in 100m. This was a huge jump from my Season opener, and I was proud of myself. This showed me I am resilient, disciplined and believe in myself enough to put the hard work in when something needs to be done.

I want to represent my country at International levels in track and field events.

Anything else we should know?

In 2015 I was the fastest 10 year old in the UK for the 100m
