Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career
My best memory was qualifying to represent my district when I was 14! Going into the race I was very nervous as there were two new athletes in my time trial. I beat my personal best by three seconds to not only qualify but win the race. It was my best race as I discovered I could overcome and channelise my fear to bring out my best performance. Thinking of that race is my “go-to memory” for every event after that as it really motivates me and makes me believe in myself.
Goals:
To succeed academically and train to become the “fastest version of myself” and eventually to represent and to win for my country.
Anything else we should know?
I really enjoy cooking and have launched a delivery only food business in collaboration with my younger sister during the Coronavirus pandemic!
