Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My best golfing memory was my tournament win in Fredericia in 2015. During the last round I was so focused that I didn’t even knew where I was on the leaderboard. On the last hole, I ended up hitting the ball out of bounds from the tee. Getting up to the green I was told that I still had that 20 footer for victory. I had a lip-out and was now standing in a 4-man playoff! I was very disappointed and angry walking of the last green, but instead of giving up, I knew I had one more chance. I turned my aggression into an intense amount of focus and I managed to win the play-off. That victory meant a lot to me, because I proved to myself, that I have the needed adaptability as player in order to get up quickly after failure and also the emotional maturity to get the job done.
My short term goal is to be one of the top 100 college golfers in America and to contribute to my team with a strong work ethic and great attitude on the course. After that, I would like to be a golf professional with the ultimate goal of playing on the PGA or European Tour!
Anything else we should know?
I work out in the gym 3-4 times a week as I believe in the importance of having a strong body in order to be a successful golfer!
