Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
At the 2018 Celtic Games, I followed my race plan and did not worry about strategy of others and I came back very strongly in the closing stages. I am proud of the way I managed to execute my race and maintain a level head. Along with this, I was competing for Scotland in front of a Scottish crowd which added to the atmosphere.
I aim to be as successful as possible in both athletics and academics. I want to receive selections to world class championships and represent my country internationally in terms of track and field. My aim is to make a wider impact on the world through whatever field of work I may end up in.
Anything else we should know?
I train in a rural area and am part of a small club. I am therefore really excited to be able to benefit from a higher quality environment.
