After qualifying for the top 16 knockout stages, I reached the final of the Men’s Director’s Bowl and played against another member of the Scratch Team. It was an exciting match that finished all square after 18 holes. On the first playoff hole, my opponent hit it straight down the middle and I blocked it into the trees with a near impossible shot to get to the green, however, I pulled it off and managed to hit it just past the green, I had to hole an 11 foot putt to keep the match going, I holed it and managed to win on the 2nd hole of the playoff, to win the tournament!
Goals:
My goal as an amateur golfer is to lower my handicap to +3. After that I would like to turn pro and make a living out my golf game.
